This Park is small but the view of the beach is beautiful.

Other than some of the boards on the walkway being loose, I really liked my experience there. It's so scenic and perfect for pictures and intimate ceremonies.

This beach is wonderful! Small parking lot. Has a bathroom. No biting flies and does not stink like rotting fish. 🙂

Yes, I saw many people fishing there off the pier with all set up. We can assume they are allowed. Although, Not sure about any specific permission.
They do not have grills at the pavilion with the bathrooms, or on the beach. There is a park above the beach which may be an option.
They are allowed at this beach but be sure to clean up after them
