The staff here are very friendly. I love the Avacado & Roasted Tomato Toast. I get it 2-3 days a week. However, it's not toast...it's bread. I repeatedly ask for it "extra toasty" or dark and I get bread. One time I saw where the person taking my order marked "dark" on the ticket and I actually got toast. Why is this such a difficult concept. It is Avacado TOAST not Avacado bread. I hope that management looks at these reviews and provides the proper instructions to their staff on the difference between bread and toast and then when someone requests dark toast it actually gets communicated to the person making the order.

I swear to god everyone here is a saint. They’re all so polite and patient despite having such a stressful job. Going here is genuinely the highlight of my day. Where else can you weep in your car because your favorite barista said the nicest thing you’ve ever heard? I would die for everyone here.

Most unfriendly place ever. They can't even say good morning or thank you or have a nice day. I frequently order the same thing and most of the time it is wrong. They also tell me it's MY FAULT that my free drink from my points go towards my $2 drink instead of my $7 latte. So annoying.

Was excited by initial experiences here but I have to edit the review as service and atmosphere have deteriorated over time. It seems there isn't enough allotment of staff for work that is needed. Often donuts are stale tasting and there's a general feeling that staff has to rush and aren't able to give customer attention beyond 'here's your item'.
