I just switched from CVS to Realo. I am on by first set of medications and what they call a blister and absolutely love it I mean at first couple of days it took me a little while to get used to it because I had CVS and I had Pill Pack this is just wonderful and the service is van tastic the pharmacist are so personable they take the time to talk to you if you need something it’s wonderful it’s truly a local drugstore not a corporation absolutely love the people already everybody that works in there it’s just happy place, this is certainly a great pharmacy for Beaufort💕

Love this pharmacy! Excellent customer service from start to finish. They called me after my prescriptions were called in by the DR's office to try and help me save money on the scripts that weren't covered by my insurance. They called me back with a total and an explanation for my prescriptions. Who does that?!? They text me when my orders were ready to be picked up too. When I arrived they were all so friendly and caring. If you are looking for a pharmacy with that small town service this is it! They have my family's business from now on.
