I had one tracking number that should have had three boxes. Two boxes were delivered. I was told the third box was not deliverable because they didn't know my apartment number. Not only do I live in a house, but how were they able to deliver two out of three if they didn't know if I had an apartment number?

You can't do it at this location. This is a hub. You can go to any Fedex Office location and they can help you with the label and even keep the package for pickup.
