After waiting near 6 hours at Sumner Regional and not getting seen I came here to wait 4 hours to not get seen again. There seemed to be several patients with urgent medical needs but they instead were rushing back every stubbed finger and migraine before real needs. Claimed they had no rooms but when I arrived the parking lot was completely empty and for the first two hours there was only one person waiting besides myself so they couldn't have been that full.

This is the worst ER I have ever been to. We have been here since 10:20 pm it is noon the next day. No test results no information and when they did the shift change the doctor did not come in to check for new symptoms or any improvements. I am being held hostage.

I love this Medical plaza cause there's also diagnostic and x-ray department in one building. Plus the doctors and nurses are really caring about their patients 😊

If I could give no stars I would!! Very rude doctor his name is Wesley. He told a paralyzed man to go to the other hospital to get checked out when his blood pressure is super high and catheter no working. They might not have a catheter. What emergency room that is not busy not have supplies that they need. He could of been nicer about it. Everyone else was so nice and sweet. Day time doctor is probably a lot nicer! Would not at night even recommend for a emergency if you have one. Go to Hendersonville not here

Speak to the Dr who ordered the MRI/CT scan sign a release and the scans can be received by the Dr of your choice. You can also request a CD of YOUR scan. Most often the scans can be downloaded by the recipient Physician. Or a CD can be mailed to his office.
