To have a driver to pickup a package from your home address you just need to schedule a pickup. You can schedule it on ups.com or you can contact us through the Toll-free number 1-800-PICKUPS.

Yes you can. Either the preprinted ups label that says rs in the upper right corner or the qr code that you print out to take to a "ups store". Ups customer counter in Mattoon can now process those as well. However, they will not box/pack your items up for you. You must do that ahead of time
I'm not sure. They are only 2 miles away from my home. Don't have any issues with just dropping boxes off between 4:30-5:00. I would suggest asking them the next time you drop something off. Sorry wasn't able to help.
