I’m not sure what changed, but things have gone downhill fast in the last few months. I’ve been charged incorrectly twice — once 5 days after I picked me car up and once it wasn’t even MY car! It was someone with the same first name but completely different last names and different cars! I make a reservation online each time, but when I arrive they say that doesn’t matter. They can’t even scan the barcode on my reservation email. I deleted the card on my account so I won’t be incorrectly charged anymore. Because of this I had to go inside to pay. I saw my car keys on the counter. I asked if they were mine + the employee rudely told me no, that they were in my car. If that was true, I could have driven away without paying. I walked back to my car and who would have guessed, my keys weren’t there. I walked back inside and said “hey I think those are my keys” and once again he rudely said “no, those are Mr. Thompson’s keys.” They we’re in fact, not Mr. Thompson’s keys. One driver also acts like a maniac while driving. Each time I’m supposed we made it to the airport safely without any accidents. Another driver acted like the customers being picked up at the airport were an inconvenience — rolling his eyes, huffing and puffing, and loudly dropping f bombs. All in front of the customers. Will be taking my business elsewhere. I gave them plenty of chances.

I’ve been parking here almost every week for quite some time now. Today was a horrible experience and I will never park here again. After arriving back from my trip today I walked inside to pay. The lady at the front desk asked me my name. I told her my name and then asked if I could add on a tip. The manager Chris then comes around the front beside me in sighed in my face while looking upset. I asked him if there was a problem. He then said “Do you got a problem” while staring me down inches from my face. I said why would you sigh in my face and get upset when I’m just trying to leave the driver a tip. He said “Because I have to cancel the whole thing that’s why“ I then said forget about it and asked for his boss. He said “I am the boss”. I told him everyone has a boss and who is yours. He said his name is Vince and smiled. I asked for Vinces last name and contact information. He absolutely refused to give it to me. I then asked the driver and he said he did not have it either which I believe because he’s always been very kind to me. I told Chris that not only did he cost his driver a tip but he also lost a very loyal customer as I have never been treated like this. He said he did not care. If a place can be run by guy like this I would steer very clear.

Rates increase frequently, some staff are rude (Rob night Mgr), slow pick up, high turnover, service levels declining over last 5 years.
