We stayed at the campsite and it was really cute. So glad to have it in such a small town. Easy to pull up and set up- no check in process and the slip is right on your site’s post so that was neat. The park is bigger than we expected and we appreciated that so we could walk our dog. The spots were grassy and the fire pits were really nice. Will definitely be staying here again when in the area.

Great little campground, atv trail adjacent, and close to town. We stay multiple times a year and go for the st. Helen 4th of July fireworks, which are always top notch!

Great facilities and nice grounds. If you want a quiet weekend away.... this probably isn't what you are looking for. If you want a great area for off-roading.... this is your kind of place. Most trails are nicely groomed and there seem to be a lot of planned rides and activities. Campsites are generously sized and the regulars or season campers are very friendly and inviting. The beach is very popular and kids seem to love the playground area.

The details on the website about camping are terrible. The campground is nicely sized, camp sites are huge. There are rustic and full hook-up sites available. There is no check in spot only the little shack that I took a picture of. You fill out a slip with money and drop it in the yellow post, No one to talk to. There is a camp host that goes around checking in on everything, but everything is based on the honor system. You can go there without a reservation and look for an empty spot, you just fill out a slip from the little shack and place the carbon copy on the post in front of the camp site you picked to let people know it's reserved. Access to the ORV trails off the campground.
