My mother and I visited the Olive Garden location in Greenville NC today and we were seated directly under an A/C vent. Due to the drastic drop in temperatures in the area today, this made the temp inside the restaurant feel much colder. My mother is elderly and we asked to be moved to a different table that wasn't under a vent. We were told by the waitress that the only location in the restaurant that wasnt cold was the table by the fireplace and that table was already occupied. I approached the hostess stand just to explain that we only wanted to be moved from under the vent. It seemed to be such a bother that we decided to leave. I apologize for inconveniencing the staff.
