Sound Feet Shoes

I visited Sound Feet in Greenville, NC recently. The staff was pleasant as we were greeted as we entered the business. They have a good selection of shoes to support the arch. Some of the shoes are overpriced and hope to see in the very near future more reasonable prices and more specials. Sometimes a I may want to purchase two or more pair of shoes, but can't afford the cost of both.

Walked inside store and for over 30 minutes of looking for shoes, not one time did any associate EVER acknowledge me. It’s one thing to be busy, but they weren’t. Even if every associate is already helping someone, have enough decency to say hello or at least acknowledge that a customer is in your store. I could have shoved a pair of shoes in my bag and no one working there would have ever known it. So I took my $200 to Fleet Feet and will continue to shop there and bring in all of my coworkers at Vidant.

I visited about two months ago. I was greeted by the staff. Very welcoming and eager to assist me. Very helpful and informative. I will visit again! Awesome crew!
