Took my 67 SG special in to fix a lifting fretboard. The guys are great, reasonably priced, and fixed the issue. Just dropped off my hummingbird to cleat the side. Again, quoted a reasonable price. Definitely take your guitars here! Edit: even better, just got my hummingbird back. They did a phenomenal job, even did finish touch up so you can’t tell it’s there!

Had repair, refret, and setup on vintage Gibson ES330. Fretwork was perfect. The nut I could have done a better job myself (placement and filing kind of sloppy but works), the setup was atrocious (bridge height and intonation just set randomly) but easy enough to adjust myself, but for the $ I spent I would expect a little better.

I've had 4 guitars PLEK'ed there. The PLEK plus the setup averaged out to $220.00. You do want them to do the setup post-PLEK to get the most out of the process. I'm very happy with the results.
Some of them did but I always thought the standard was nickel or chrome
Dax, a new nut is typically 80.00 and we do use the PLEK but also smooth and round the slot exits by hand afterwards. Turnaround is usually 7-14 days but rush service is possible if needed. Thanks
A refret (includes fret installation, fret dress, new nut, strings, setup) ends up being around $550.
We are at a 1 1/2 week turnaround for swapping pickups right now
Hey Jason, unfortunately we stopped doing that unless the customer can pick it up in person. We have had issues with shipping that have caused us to not longer do it. You are more than welcome to ship something to us, you just have to pick it up in person. That way if there are any changes that need to be made, we can do them on the spot and don't have to risk the guitar arriving unsatisfactory to you.
Hey Gary, yes it is possible as long as it is a Fender style neck. We have to put it onto a dummy body with the same gauge strings as you would normally use. Let me know if you have any other questions.
Hey Brian, a Plek on any guitar with nickel silver frets is $150 and if it has stainless frets, then it is $200. Those prices do not include the setup which is additional $60 (with strings included). The turn-around time is about 2 weeks for a Plek and a setup.
Absolutely. You can come by anytime between 9:30 and 5:30 Mon thru Fri and we will look over it and give you an estimate.
