Called about some information. The lady seemed nice and said she would mail me the information I was needing. That was 3 weeks ago and still nothing update. Called back 3 weeks ago about the same info and it still has not arrived in the mail. I drove down there and paid for parking only to be turned away because I am not on probation or parole. How sad you can lie to someone and cost them money and 3 months waiting on some simple papers in the mail. If I get treated like this just think about the people that is on probation and parole. How sad people are still being treated this way and everyone wonders why people act like they do. Think about it. You mess up everyone does. And you do you time and think its over and bam you get treated worse after and everyone wonders why you violated. Hmmmm well its the rude liars you have to answer to hile trying to start your life over. How sad for people to be treated this way after they have paid for their mistakes with their life.

You need to put the name of the inmate their inmate number and send it to the address and zip code listed right here on Google Maps the James Parkway whatever it is suite number whatever Parkway towers and the rest of it they don't answer their questions on here if you ever need a question answered again just so happened that I needed their phone number this morning that I saw it but most people don't respond to the questions probably cuz Tennessee you know how they are with their information for anything and we'll leave it at that and I find it's just easier to dial the phone number from the maps when you pull it up and I'm a very high-level local guide so I leave a lot of reviews and I answer a lot of questions all over the United States but your best bet is also make sure his or her name and inmate number is on every single page of every document of every letter of everything you sent to them is on if it's 10 pages it needs to be on all 10 pages I know it's redundant but this is Ten
Don't you wish that someone would actually monitor the questions on this site from the actual parole office? It's really a shame that they don't. However they've been really nice on the phone when you do call
