As at every nail place, it all depends wom who you get. I've been here many times and never had anyone do a straight up BAD job, I've had a few mediocre but most good, and today I actually had the best manicure I've ever gotten in my life from Loan Thi Duong, she was so thorough and precise. I see some reviews about people with reservations waiting a long time, idk about that but I've never been to a mail salon that actually honored an appointment time lmao so I never bother to make one and always just walk in and am seen pretty promptly after someone finishes up. Def recommend, especially if you ask for Loan.

I came in to get a pedicure, which I do once or twice a month, and an hour later my toenails chipped. They blamed me for not taking care of my nails when all I did was drive home and watch TV. Every single nail had chipped three hours later. I came back the next day before I had to go to work to show them, and they said that they would fix it. I told them I couldn't come in until a few days later. After they agreed, I came back a few days later, and they stated that they would not fix it for free, and I would have to pay full price for my nails. This is bad business. I spend $200+ every time I come in and tip well. This shouldn't be an issue. I do not recommend coming here.

The lady who did my toes was very engaging and very nice. The lady in the front I believe the owner charges 30 for a FILL on TWO big toes. Insane and absurd. First and last time here . Nashville has better places with BETTER prices and quality.
