I do not recommend this company or this store very unprofessional they do not care about their customers at the store customer service or corporate sorry excuse for a company so if you want a company that cares about their customer or fix any problems this is not the company to go to they do not care if their customers have a problem or if you are not happy the store employees do not answer when you call them so No I do not recommend this store or this company tried to exchange phones we were still within the 14 days and the guy that sold us the phones would not answer because apparently he was on vacation it is 140 miles trip for me to the store round trip and when we did go we was 1 day past the 14 days and even though customer service said we could exchange our phones they would not do it put in a ticket with corporate and they will not do it either very unhappy and angry at this point the employees care more about socializing with their co workers then paying attention to customer problems and complaints and the manager was not any help either

Yes but thry are so high with they package i like at least basic have Lifetime and other sports channels Xfinity you got to pay for each package of anything and basically you have stupid channels spectrum better

The website for the Thompson Lane store asks that you setup an appointment online. I did that and it worked great. Their hours are 9am to 7pm. I can only guess but they probably had seen their last appointment for the day.

Yeah what's the deal about talking to a human. My bill is 40 more than you told me it would be. I must have the most basic package available. You cut my TV and net off because of 26 dollars that you...COMCAST...said I didn't have to pay. At the store you still couldn't even tell me what package you told me what my bill is a month. I paid it and you still say I owe more. The conversations it says are recorded should be listened to then the lies could be exposed. Stuck is what you and the others make a person.

You can get the record of the date of the call, the number calling you, the length of the call and such but not recordings of the calls. There are apps that you can use to record calls coming into or from your phone.

If you have your old remote just go to the store and neighbor would place it if you don't still go to the store enable as she some questions and then give you new remote it's that easy
