When people who need help they try to help them

It's a great place to go fill out employment applications. The lady, Mrs. Joyner is so helpful & caring. But for ppl that may've just moved to the community or for ppl that may need help, the ppl at EOC have you apply for resources, for ex: help with bills, but they can't help in the end. I've never personally needed assistance with that but I know many older ppl & wmn that have & they couldn't help them in the end....after going through interviews & everything.

Im moving back to cheraw with my children and elderly mother we found a house bit i can only come up with thw frst months rent can the eoc help with a security deposit being im still employed in cheraw
