The team that removed and my 11 windows did a great job. Replaced some rotten wood that was found when they removed some of the old windows. Did a great job of cleaning up when they were done.

We’ve had the worst customer service experience ever. Over a month late on install, scheduled and contractor didn’t show up after we took all our blinds and curtains down for installation. Went almost 2 weeks before reschedule. Window world doesn’t do their own work it’s contracted out. The repairs are done as cheaply as possible if you have any. The contractor ripped a screen and said he’d fix it and bring it back, haven’t seen it. We called and reported a second ripped screen the day after the installation crew left was told it’d be taken care of, not heard a word since. Was offered a 200$ credit back for inconvenience and was told the week of installation it was put in the mail, haven’t seen it. I regret ever decision we made to go with this company for window replacement.

After installing your new replacement windows we remove all old windows from your property and dispose of them properly. If you wish to keep your old windows or storm windows, please notify the installation crew as soon as it arrives for your installation.

Since every window ordered is custom-built to fit your home and design choices, manufacturing times vary. Once delivered, the type of window being installed and the type being removed help determine the amount of time needed to complete the job. On average, each window takes about 30 minutes. Trim work and cleanup will require additional time to complete. An average job will take a single day.
Please take down curtains, blinds, or any other window treatments. Security sensors should also be removed and turned off by your security company. Please provide our installation expert with a clear path to the window(s) being replaced by moving anything that may be in the way. It is also advisable to remove all wall decorations from the walls close to the windows as they may fall during removal or installation.
Window World installs replacement windows year-round. An average installation will take only one day. Our crews install one window at a time and are trained to do what they can to minimize heating/cooling loss. The energy savings from your new windows will recover any incremental energy costs incurred during their installation many times over during their lifetime.
The majority of our replacement windows are installed from the outside. In some situations it may be necessary to install from the inside. On the day of installation, your installation expert will assess your unique situation and explain the process that will best suit your home.
The term "Any Size" refers to any size replacement Double-Hung window our manufacturer will construct. Currently this is a minimum width and height of 15" X 26" and a maximum of 48" X 78". "Installed" refers to the removal of a basic Double-Hung wooden window and installing your new Window World replacement window, using the existing wooden stops.
