Our family own a couple of condos in the Garden City Beach area and have worked with Fabric Emporium on several projects over the years. They have recovered stools, furniture, and most recently rebuilt the seats for our dining room chairs. Their selection of fabrics is incredible, workmanship is great, and the customer service is amazing. We highly recommend Fabric Emporium to anyone looking for help with a fabric project!! We no longer do slip covers, as of October 1, 2020
I am a seamstress and use apparel patterns for myself. I purchase my patterns online, go to sewingpatterns.com and you have a choice of all major pattern companies. They usually have a great sale on patterns at different times. Good way to plan your projects for apparel. Yes, our stop is mainly Home Decor and Upholstery fabrics. Thank you for letting us assist you with your question. Come by and browse, as we do have some linen blends and cottons that customers come in and purchase our fabric and making clothing. As a matter of fact, there is a fabric that was purchased by a customer in 2019, after shopping in Charleston and finding a shift dress for $300 and thereby came back to our shop and purchased the identical fabric and made the dress for her daughter. Saved about $225. Never know. Thank you, again.
Right at this point, our staff wears masks, however masks are optional,as if you have been vaccinated twice and booster, masks are not required; however, it is up to you to wear masks, our staff is not required to do so, we maintain sanitizing our shop daily. The Governor has relieved the mandate, however. It is up to the customer. We have sanitizer at the register, if needed. We sanitize our checkout areas and restrooms, which are not Public Restrooms.
