Great gym with extremely friendly staff. They have everything you need to get the job done and a guest pass is very reasonably priced. I’m really glad I found this place before visiting the area and would recommend anyone doing the same to go here. They open early so you can get a workout in before all of your planned activities.

The group fitness room (wood floor) has a heavy bag.
There's one actual platform. But there's a squat rack in either corner as well. If I remember correctly. But I loved it. It's my kind of gym.
Our facility is no longer a Gold's Gym after 37 years therefore we no longer accept travel passes from other Gold's Gyms. We are happy to serve you. We charge $10/day or $25//wk. Thank you for your interest and again, we'd love to have you! Nancy L. Capp

Hi Glen, thanks for reaching out! Yes, we offer day passes. The daily rate is slightly different for locals vs out of town. The week rate is only $25 and its the same rate whether local or not.
