Positive: The staff was extremely accomodating to our needs. They allowed our grandkids (teens) to swim in the pool while we enjoyed watching them play. We were also allowed to move tables together so we could eat together as a family. Negative: Not really

Room was unfinished. Ceiling was half painted. There was black mold on the AC vents. Black specks on the bathroom ceiling. The entire 2nd floor smelled and the room smelled of febreeze, which was a bad thing. Only the 2nd floor where we stayed smelled. Everything was fine.

From the outside the hotel looked good. Went inside and could smell smoke in lobby. The inside was getting some renovations. Front desk staff had to go to room to make sure it was ready. At the same time she was checking on room from another customer who came back and said her room was not ready. My room was partially renovated but not complete as evidenced by incomplete paint job in bathroom. Bed was comfortable and room did not have any odors but we held our breath in hallway

Dirty, smelling and definitely wouldn't stay there again. Would have been more comfortable sleeping in our car. Dimly lit room, dingy and stained towels and bedding. No batteries in the smoke detector, shower curtain doesn't stay closed and the water was cold in the shower. Yikes!
