I came to La-Z-Boy undecided and rather frustrated about my Carolina room. I wanted elegant, comfy, functional, and so much more. Justin (Designer) helped me achieve the perfect look that actual captured all my thought concerning the deign of this room. The sale associate (Louise) was so kind to suggest working with Justin since I had no clue for my design. The cost was reasonable, the fabric selection was broad, and designs are available for any room. What an amazing experience and I can’t wait to receive my lovely chairs.

Came in specifically for a recliner, and met Rosemary. Rosemary knows recliners , that's for sure. She's very nice. I appreciate the good deal I got on a recliner from the showroom floor ,but unfortunately I did not examine it carefully before purchasing. It was broken in way more than I expected. Not nearly as comfortable as I hoped. Very disappointed. I did learn an expensive lesson,- don't buy a used model. My search for a perfect recliner continues elsewhere.
