Saturday 7/30, tried to order a shake at 530pm (30 minutes before closing) and was told that they couldn’t make shakes because they already cleaned the machine. Highly disappointing when you drive from another town just for this. The people behind me also wanted a shake, how many others were turned away before you closed? Is this normal business practice? Maybe I missed the sign that said no shakes after 5.

Went in to grab some things I needed. No one told me they were gunna close when I walked in. I grabbed what I needed. When walking up to the front, all the lights shut off. Then, the cashier told me I couldn’t purchase my items because he already started to count the register. Cash out! With the doors not unlocked and customers still in the store.
