BEWARE!!! THEY USE OUT OF STATE LAB...Went in for toenail fungus. She was in my insurance plan.. great!! Then I received a bill from lab she used... $1500.. out of network..out of state. I was never told there was a chance of this. This is insane. BEWARE!!!

My father came in today to be seen and was ultimately turned away because he was "late" to fill out paperwork, not for his actual appointment. If this is office policy patients should be informed prior to the office visit. Patients are coming in seeking help just to be turned away over the 5 to 10 minutes it takes to fill out paperwork. Anyone that has left a honest review seems to be met with a reply full of excuses for unprofessional behavior. Anyone in the health care field should be empathetic to the people they are caring for, my father told me the lobby was completely empty there was no reason for him to be treated that way. I will also be taking my complaint to the NC medical board.

Terrible customer service. We were turned down twice although we were 15-20 mins early from our scheduled appointment. Plus we had to schedule each appointment a month out. This appointment was for our daughter and it’s vital she is seen, but they had no grace or mercy. If you require 30 mins prior to your appointment then make that a part of the appointment time.
