Another fine example of trash police. Don’t ever trust anyone with a badge. They use to protect and serve now the respond and report the lies they tell. They all are crooks they protect each other even when they know they are in the wrong.

I haven't had any "run in's" with law enforcement since I was a stupid kid, until now... Mt lovely soon to be Ex surprised me for our 18th anniversary by having the deputies serve me with a protective order. Out of the blue and totally blindsided, I was pretty upset. Instead of convicting me for the lies on paper they were professional. And I do appreciate it. Thank you deputies. C

Officers of the law must present name and badge number when prompted. Also trespassing is illegal. Statements that seem obvious but obviously are foreign to the flathead sheriffs department.

Deputy Mark needs to be trained better. I would wager that if the same actions were reversed and the property owner was Deputy Mark he wouldn't have been very happy. Everyone makes mistakes, hope that the Flathead County Sheriffs Dept. did some training after this.

I thought that breaking into someone's house and stealing from them was illegal. Was there a law passed that changed that?

It was a landlord and accomplices actually. No paperwork at all was mailed or anything for eviction or pay or quit notice. Nothing hand delivered.
