If I could I would’ve rated a ZERO. Placed and order online and waited over an hour for any service. When I called to check to check on my order they proceeded to tell me our orders been ready for quite some time and had been sitting there. They then told me that they didn’t have any drivers available and didn’t think I needed to be called to be explained of the situation going on. So after the conversation the manager then expressed that she didn’t care and rudely hung up. I’ll be contacting the BBB(better Business Bureau) just to make sure a formal complaint is issued Thx.

Placed an order and when I arrived there was no visible worker inside, knocked on the door very hard still no one showed up, but I could hear a person moving around in the kitchen. Extremely rude did not open the door or give me instructions on how to receive my order, didn't even answer the phone. Even knocked on the drive-thru window still no one showed up. Worst Pizza Hut ever, even worse than when they used to take 30 minutes back in the 90s

The pizza was fresh , this was our first visit there . The staff was very nice . I only rated a 4 star b/c it smelled of smoke inside and the bathroom reaked of a horrible urine smell ! But we will go back !

They never answer the phone. They always say they're closed. I was excited about pizza hut coming to our little town, but they are a real disappointment.
