I used this pharmacy once to fill a prescription when other pharmacies were out of the medicine. They were fast and efficient. Where Walgreens takes 45m to 2h to fill a prescription, I was in-and-out in just 10 minutes. I subtracted one star because of a problem with billing with Google Pay. They double-charged me. When I called about the charge, I was told to wait 2 hours. I called back and was told to wait 2 days. I called back and was told to wait a week, then I told the guy about my previous experiences and he finally reversed the charges. This single star missing represents a folly which I am not sure would happen again. It is still double my stars for CVS and Walgreens.

Pill Box West is the cream of the crop! Barbara, Chad and Team are the most professional, knowledgeable, friendly folks in the pharmacy business. They have my business for life. Give them a try if you haven’t already. You will switch your pharmacy needs to them too!
