This BK is in Sycamore, IL and opened short time ago, may be in 2021. I like their whoppers, nice smokey flavor and big. I like the bread- burger ratio, I don't like my burger between 2 pillows and BK doesn't do that. I always customize my whopper and they always get it right. Everytime I find the same employee and he's very professional.

Dining room in this place is rarely open..hours posted mean nothing to this crew...3 times at different times we tried to eat there only to find the dining room closed and the crew busy on their cellphones..(yes we can see you) Will never return to this location...the one in sycamore is way better

The employees in dekalb are mostly college students who have to work at fast food restaurants to pay for school and get the jobs that they like... in order to get that dream job they have to deal with ignorant customers that order food for a city and still complain that they get onions in their burger. Then the customers get mad at the employees when they tell them that corporate didnt provide them with enough onions. Next time dont be lazy and just cook. Or go home and slice up some onions for your burger
