I went to Dr Woo many times. I have been to dozens of acupuncturists over the years. Here Is my honest assessment. The Pros 1. She is a nice person 2. She works hard 3. She takes her business seriously. 4.She is good for fertility and has pictures of babies all over her office. The Cons- 1.She gets overly defensive on review sites if she receives real criticism She doesn't seem to care about what the patients needs are she seems to only to defend her reputation or it comes across that way. 2. She only knows the basics and is good for fertility and the basics but not real medical problems 3. She does not always have heat and puts an aluminum foil thingy on you and calls it a "blanket" 4. For me treatments were not that effective. Conclusion. She will work for many patients but just not for me. The no heat thing is a deal breaker and the aluminum thingy she calls a blanket is unacceptable.I caught a cold there. I know times are tough but a medical office needs heat! For these reasons I can only give 3 stars, But she is a nice person and covers the basics of acupuncture.

DR. Woo is fantastic. She is very knowledgeable caring thorough and inexpensive compared to other acupuncturists. The staff is also wonderful. Dont even hesitate to incorporate her into your wellbeing.

I found Dr.Woo through Yelp, and booked an appointment right away.After booking the appointment I read all the reviews.I saw complaints about the overall atmosphere of the office and Dr.Woo. Here is what I would like to do,first of all, you are not going to Dr.Woo because of the way the office looks,you are going there for treatments.Dr.Woo,was one of the most friendliest,warm and calm doctor I have met.She spoke pleasantly and openly,because I rather hear the hardcore truth ,than be lied to and feel like my money is wasted. She checks on you while you are having the acupuncture and you are greeted with a smile. Her office is exactly what I expect an Acupuncturist office should look like. I been to fancy offices and the fancy doctors ,who rush you out and you don't get the proper treatment. In her office you see so many pictures of successful pregnancies and it gives you hope. So anyone who has the audacity to complain about any doctor in any medical field,should try going to medical school to understand what they go through. I can say this because I am a Manager for an Orthopedic Surgeon.
