Good service. Beware nails in the couch may hurt you. The couch was taped to cover a mail! However the drinks were impeccable and the service was very polite.

The Violet Hour is one of my top 3 favorite bars in Chicago. I am an absinthe lover, and I've yet to find an absinthe bar with better tasting absinthe than at TVH. I love the dark and swanky decor that seems fitting for nobility. The speakeasy quality is also what makes TVH such a standout in Chicago's diverse cocktail bar scene.
