If of course they use butter in the dough they are tamales
Verdes, rojos, de dulce, rajas con queso /pollo or pork and they have atoles too /green and red sweet ones too and they have pork or chicken ones they have Champurrado is a chocolate-based atole, a warm and thick Mexican drink, prepared with either masa de maíz

The best way to know if they cater is to call them and ask directly. They are open 5 am till 8 pm
I like it spicy and these do not bite for anything. Maybe for some people if.
