Highly recommend this company! We tried doing a diy shower replacement but hit a snag due to original installation. Called Ridge Plumbing got an appointment....they called next day to say they had a cancellation and came out earlier than expected. Tony got our drain problem resolved and shower tray installed quickly and professionally.

We have used Ridge for about three years now on our rental cabins. We have been very pleased with the responsiveness, trustworthiness, even after hours and the day before a holiday. Today's service was no different. Brian, our technician, phoned to let us know he was on his way, he was professional, respectful, pleasant, and very neat. He picked up after himself and did not leave a trace that he had been here. He had to go to the supply house to pick up materials for additional work we requested during our scheduled replacement of three toilets and was very accommodating to our requests.
