I was looking for a new washing machine and found one here. I looked at my local furniture/appliance store and they had a very small selection of brands and would not break up sets. Sears had a large selection and I found exactly what I wanted and it was on sale at a really good price. This Sears store is conveniently located and picking up was fast and easy. Thinking about getting the matching dry in the future.

We recently purchased a refrigerator from the Sears in Ontario. It did not come with an icemaker so they said they would put one in for us. The salesman was nice and told us the free fridge will be ready to hook up when we got it home. We got it home and there was no tubing or connections to hook to water. We called to say it was incomplete and was put on hold. The owners husband then came back on and told me that we need to purchase a package if we wanted to complete it. We felt like it was not right but no effort was made to try to appease us. He apparently thought we hung up and said some nasty things about the phone call which we were still listening to. We were treated very shabbily after the purchase and no effort was made to make it right. Very dissatisfied with this customer service.
