Whatever you do, DON’T BOOK WITH THIS HOTEL!!!! Last night while looking for our keys my husband happened to look up while under the sink and saw a syringe filled with an unknown substance. The staff and manager both overlooked it as if it was no big deal, but who knows what could’ve been in that syringe and imagine if it had been one of my babies that had gotten ahold of it. No police were called and it was just completely dismissed. Packing our stuff and getting as far away from this place as possible.

Positive: The closeness to West Georgia. Negative: We booked 3 rooms..1 was fine, second room TV did not work and front desk couldn't figure it out, third room electrical sockets weren't working. She said she asked to move both rooms after checking and couldn't TV nor sockets to work but didn't.

Room was clean and comfortable. I heard breakfast was good, but even though it was not yet even 9:00 on Saturday, there were no eggs and very little sausage for breakfast. They were not refilled. Otherwise, great place to stay.

Arrived in Carrollton at 1pm. Thought it was a long shot but asked about checking in early. She didn't even check she just said no. Went to my son's tournament and got back around 7pm to check in. Police were there and their were angry guest in lobby. Checked in, went up to my room, opened the door and there was a whole family in the room! She gave me the key to an occupied room! It took an hour to get a new room. I booked a double queen but settled for a king to get a room. While I was waiting the same thing happened to another guest checking in. One guy got put out of his room and another lady was denied a room. My TV was not hooked up, I would have called for assistance but my room didn't have a phone (just a phone cord). No trash can in the room (just a tiny bathroom trash can). 1st and last time booking at Best Western.
