Had to wait while the manager talked to her friend while the person that was supposed to take care of customers filled on line orders. There was no one in line in front of me and it still took 10 minutes. Barely any meat in the burrito bowl only had about a tablespoon of sour cream in the pan so that was all I got almost out of lettuce so got very little. This is the first time I've go to Chipotle and my bowl was so small the ingredients didn't touch the lid. After making my 5 minute drive home my food was cold. Had to ask for a bag to put my order in I think it's time someone come in a watch what the employees are doing. I won't be back!

Restaurant is usually dirty Always understaffed and trying to order online is a 50/50 shot they are having a problem. I like Chipotle just not this location and would recommend avoiding it if possible.

I want to cry I got the tiniest spoonful of every ingredient I asked for and paid $10 for a puddle of NOTHING. Tears are rolling down my face and my hands are shaking and my body is convulsing. My day is RUINED. Go to the location on Touhy by Walmart those mfs will fill u UP

It was good as always. But for some reason another employee was trying to overstep her area. She just made the other girls job way harder doing bits and pieces of a big complicated order then didn't say what she did so the black girl had to start over as bits and pieces of a huge order was all over the place. Both girls would've done fine if they didn't cross-over each others station!
