No. You dont need a reservation. Food isnt all that great though!

We enjoyed the food, great crab cakes, crisp French fries. Right at the Ferry ⛴ on the Lewes, Delaware -Cape May side.

There is tables properly separated apart. Masks required unless at table and eating. Staff has masks at all times.
