Had a very disappointing experience at Earnhardt. They have lots of great reviews, so I decided to make a noon appointment for a safety recall and hybrid battery performance upgrade. After handing over the keys and everything, I was told they could “probably” have it done by the next night. Great, except I needed the car back sooner than “probably” a day and a half later and the recall notice specifically says, “less than one-half day.” Was told the techs are not guaranteed to be available at the appointment time. Ok, so what was the appointment for? Well, apparently the appointment is to chat with the rep at the service desk (something anyone could just do over the phone) and to drop off the vehicle. In fact, “They really shouldn’t call it an appointment.” Next available slot to come back would have been close to 2 weeks away, no doubt just for another “probably.” Not impressed with the condescending attitude received or competence level of Earnhardt Ford. UPDATE: Called San Tan Ford who has scheduled a tech to come out to my home (45 minutes away) with an estimate of 1 hour for the recall to be taken care of. Already a huge difference in customer service.

Sale man art should not be selling vehicles Told us are are had a different towing package if showed us hitch to rating to prove his point find out he lied to us and it did not have package he promises us We asked them to give us the vehicle we paid for and they did not want to help us Do not buy for art or this dealership hopefully they see this review and fix this issue if they do I will update

My smart key came with the car. You have to keep the ID number for the key and it is then ordered from the manufacturer of the car. I am sure that the dealership can help you with that.

Recently purchased a vehicle from the dealership, unfortunately they sold me a vehicle with an active recall on it, then when taking it in ti get fixed they charged $50 for an oil change and tire rotation i told them i didnt want...none to pleased
