I went there to buy a new vehicle but my trade-in needed a few new parts before I bought my new car from them. Parts wouldn't even speak to me without my VIN #!! What? Lol. I ordered my new part from Amazon with just the year and model. Thanks alot Arrowhead Cadillac you lost a great trade in and a sale!! Primadonnas! Great job you've lost me permanently now. What a joke. I can't imagine your sales are very good. Lol! Don't go here

Twice we have had oil changes done on our Cadillac and gmc and right after on the Cadillac the A/c stopped working which required more parts and labor and on the gmc right after the car was considered totaled. At this point the service department is questionable. One car I’ll call it a coincidence but having it happen twice that my car needed further service immediately after it was serviced seems like a scam system. Which is unfortunate because we wanted to buy our next car here and now we don’t trust this place at all.

If u have onstar activated push the onstar button. If its certified call the nearest caddy dealer, they should have a roadside assistance crew
I would have taken the car back to the dealer or asked for another opinion. I had experience where other dealerships would tell u stuff that is not true. I'm with Arrowhead Cadillac for 6 years now and I have the best experience there. I tried other dealerships and compared part, labor and workmanship. Arrowhead always won. You should have gone somewhere else or back to the dealer, who did the job in the first place, for verification of the problem before paying for the job.
