A case has been with an incompent and partial judge for no reason other than being a buddy other than a public officer. Courts are supposed to be trier of fact and law. Vote him out.

Zanesville city does not hold the indictments. Its muskingum county (which is zanesville but we have two different jails, city jail and county jail) they normally indict people on Wednesdays and Thursdays.
