I spoke with Tyquearious today after coming to the store on a whim and explained the amount of material I needed printed (it was a LOT), the type of cardstock I needed it on, what the end goal was, ect. I’m a teacher and am always looking for cost effective, RELIABLE (school printers are not always reliable) ways to get my lesson plan materials together. Not only was he courteous and helpful, but he made sure I understood the price point on various options, and went out of his way to be accommodating and quick. I was somewhat worried about cost, however because I was listened to, my over all cost ended up being under what my allotted budget was by quite a lot! I originally went in to do part of my Unit, but because of keeping me under budget and because I was so impressed with how the store was run, I made a return visit the same day. If I’m going to give my money to a business, it will be this one! I truly appreciated every ounce of Ty’s help. There were multiple people in the store, and I can’t say enough how helpful both employees working were. Not just to me, but everyone who walked in. I will be a repeat customer.
