Nice small airport. There is a restaurant inside of security for travelers convenience

This is definitely a smaller airport, but don’t let that deter you from using it! It’s very clean, well kept, and the staff here are some of the more friendly I’ve encountered at an airport. The parking is also reasonably priced and very close to the terminal.

A supervisor made her staff cover their name tags. On 2/17/22 around 6 pm American Airlines customer service at Augusta Georgia's Regional Airport were hiding in the backroom away from customers. When they finally decided to make an appearance I explained that I watched their staff throw my luggage on the ground from the airplane ripping, scratching, and scuffing it. Then the supervisor said I wasn't allowed to even file a claim to see if it was reimbursable. When I requested their names for reference about the incident the supervisor, Rachel, told her staff not to give me their names and cover their name tags. Wow, bottom line AA has no concern for the well being of your property and the only way to get your money back is to take legal action.

Quaint airport with very friendly staff. Was able to get through rental return and TSA in about 15 minutes on a Friday at noon.

I agree, you should have no issues.
Yes
Uber of Lyft. They have an app you can download and you can order it on line or catch a cab
Though it's small, they can be conservative about times and go in on the TSA checks. If you have a checked bag, get it to them by the 45 min cut off.
Yes. But you can't go past security. You can wait in the baggage claim area near the doors where people exit the secured area.
Short term is 2-4 days and long term is a week or more.
That's a question for your airline. I don't see how the Augusta airport could help
I departed when the airport opened in the morning, so I got through pretty quick. But I always arrive the standard 2 hours prior to scheduled departure.
No, when you come in the main entrance, you'll make the first right and at the stop sign, you'll make a left and then drive down to the FBO Building.
Yes
About $100.00 And The Flight Is About 30 Minutes.
Both
No
It depends on which airport you are flying from in California and what day(s) you intend to leave/return. Usually Tuesday and Wednesday's are a little cheaper to fly on.
No
Price for short term parking is higher than the price for long term parking. Long term Parking price at Augusta Regional airport, as I recall is very reasonable less than $10 per day.
20mins .... 17 miles
Not a shuttle, but there are taxis that stand by at airport. I think I would try Uber or Lyft to compare prices.
On Wednesday, the first flights arrive around 8:30 am and the last flights arrive around midnight
Only Delta and American flies out of AGS on a regular basis.
People get dropped off all the time. Your "someone" is sadly misinformed.
Tobacco runs directly into the airport. Just follow the signs for the terminal. You can't miss it.
If you go into Gate 5, its 5 or 6 miles. It is a straight shot from the main entrance / Exit of the airport to gate 5, on Tobacco Rd.
Delta and American airlines
It's about a 10 min drive, depending on where you are headed to in North Augusta.
It is actually free for 30 minutes or less
Unfortunately there are no direct flights from Augusta to Orlando, you would have to make a connection flight in Atlanta..
From about 0500-2300
That depends on the company you'll be flying with. They charge you on things like quantity and size/weight. Make sure to check the requirements or fees before purchasing your ticket.
Yes that is true! But we had gummie bear candy & Boston bake bean candy.
Go to tsa.gov.
Only American and Delta.
