I don't believe in leaving poor reviews, as any one mistake, technology fluke, or staff member having a bad day can create a bad experience that doesn't necessarily reflect on the business as a whole. I truly believe that there are no mistakes - only lessons. On the same hand, whenever I come across a truly exceptional level of service, I always do my best to take the time out of my day to recognize such an experience, since I also believe we live in a world that is becoming less personal, with less of a focus on kindness and above & beyond care for other people (let alone paying customers). With that being said, I've had two ridiculously top-notch experiences with Chase Grant over at MAG Porsche. He is attentive, proactive, kind, courteous, and eager to help. Furthermore, he's one of these people who, when you meet him, the treatment you receive is one where (as I'm doing right now) it's tough to put into words - but to sum it up, you know he's going places. If you have a Porsche and you're looking for above & beyond treatment, reach out to Chase and I promise he'll take great care of you.

Convenience of location is what brought me to MAG Porsche Dublin in the first place. When the warning light came up in our car we thought our fluid sensor was broke but Matt assisted us in explaining what was wrong with my car by looking into previous records. I ended up with the exact replacement that was necessary to fix it because of Matt’s excellent and honest advice and impeccable customer service. Thanks Matt and team for taking good care of our vehicle.

Thank you for asking this question. We are committed to following the CDC guidelines. We wear masks, social distance and sanitize our vehicles after test drives and/or demonstrations. Our service department sanitizes and wipes down vehicles upon arrival before being taken to our technicians. Once repaired the vehicle along with the key(s) are sanitized and returned to the customer. Our facilities are cleaned several times a day and sprayed using disinfectant. At MAG we strive to take every precaution for the health and safety of our customers and co-workers. Please let us know if you have any further questions as we will be happy to answer them.
