Was much better service a few years back, when they were new. Now about the same level of service as a government office. No one can answer any questions about the process - ‘my job is just scanning your fingerprints’ - so you’re left trying to sort through the website yourself. No ‘thank you’ or other such niceties. Scanned my prints and said ‘ok you’re done’. No info on anything beyond that. Don’t seem to realize that folks who need some kinda background check want to make sure they get it right. I see some good reviews here and had a much more positive experience myself a couple years back. Must depend on the staff on duty at any given time.

Yes! They do BCI and FBI background checks. They charge $72 for both together. As for their mobile, they only do large groups at 20+ at no charge. Any group smaller there charge a travel fee dependant on group size and distance.
They do electronic scans and it gets printed onto cards. The other states will take them, just the same as the manual ink cards.
