Elder guy delivered my food within efficient time he was kind and sweet. I appreciated him packing my condiments in a baggie😊. I wasn’t feeling to well and he asked how I was doing , just felt a little better after. Great cm service!! April 30 2022. I don’t have his name unfortunately.

Well this made a night even worse. I placed an order at 804 p.m. with the Domino's app. Waited at home for quite some time never seen where delivery was out. Tried calling the store with no avail and did not receive any answer, set on hold for some time I then decided to get in my truck and drive to Domino's as it was 8:49 p.m. upon entering the store the phone was not ringing but I had my cell phone on speakerphone and I asked who was in charge. upon that time I had a whole bunch of people staring at me asking me what I wanted, I then explained to them my situation and ask for my order. when I asked if the phones were on or who was in charge no one answered and then I was told oh we're busy. I then asked welll I paid for delivery plus I paid a $5 tip for the delivery driver if there was any way I could be compensated for it in return no one answered my question. Don't go here or order from here. ROUND #2 6-15-2021 Store #5640 Goose Creek, SC needs to have there people looked at and store needs improvements in all areas. Store Manager Richard Kearse needs to take class in managerial skills. I placed order via app and waited an hour for food and then checked app to find it said order completed and delivered. Called store to be hung up on twice and third time placed on hold, was on hold long enough for me to drive to store and go inside without any notice. Upon pulling in parking lot no one was in parking lot or inside and when I walked in there where 5 employees standing there and upon them asking how could they help I told them about my order only to be shot down by the Store Manager who said I should have just waited that they where busy. Upon telling him I called twice and was currently on hold with them he acted like he didn't care. I then asked for store number, number to corporate, and his name. One employee told me the store number but the person I asked for name told me his name was Greg but his shirt said store Manager Richard Kearse. I wouldn't be so upset but this is the second time this has happened and it seems no one cares about fixing the issue

Pizza delivery took 5 hours and 3 phone calls. This is what I received. While they didn't charge me, I still did not receive an edible pizza. This was my first experience with this store and it was not a pleasant one.
