Worst experience in my life dealing with these people. Me and my family were stuck becuase out bank locked out card for our of state use. I called and was told to hold for over 40 min's. Then they transferred me to a man called Captain Ed he was very rude from the beginning. We asked if they could help us with gas. He said he could only put 20 dollars in a Ford f 150 V8 and was rude about it. I said well could you do a little more he laughed and said no . I said well ok something is better than nothing. He then ask for my driver license number . License plate number and vin number year make and model name and address all for 25 gas card. I have dealt with non profit organizations all my life and worked in some nad never have I had a experience like that and someone ask for my whole information. I ask why do you need all that and he said either give it to me or yo won't get gas I said no thank you something needs to be done about Captain Ed and him aldimg for all people people personal information and being rude . What does he need all that information for?
