They did an amazing job with our office order, it was 8 drinks! They were slammed and everything was made super fast! I normally don’t review chains but I had to make an exception here, cause the staff just went above and beyond!

I placed a mobile order at this location at 9:55, the drive thru was long, so I just went into the store. I got to the store and walked in around 10:00. The man that walked in behind me continued to the counter to order his coffee, while I stood near the front pick up counter with many others. Four more people walked in moments later and also placed an order at the counter. These five people all got their orders before I did, so I'm not sure what the point is for mobile ordering. When my order was called 15 minutes later, I walked up to the counter where the barista was finishing up my drink. He seemed to be looking for something, probably the cinnamon I requested, and when he couldn't find it, he just topped my latte with whipped cream. Definitely not what I ordered. If I had time I would have requested it be corrected, but at this point, what I thought would be a quick coffee was anything but that.

Slow. Disorganized. And by coincidence that did not at all help our experience, both our cups leaked, creating a mess in our car's cupholders. Never got to drink our coffees due to initial temperature. Will not be back. And starbucks owes us for our coffees-- JUST NOT THIS LOCATION!!!

This seems to be a solid, 4 star rated standard Starbucks location, as far as consistency in service, barista efficiency, items' available & store appearance goes. There was a particularly cheerful male employee who stood out among the rest. He had a very enthusiastic disposition and kept the atmosphere quite lively.
