I took my jeep to do service and the truth the deal was terrible, I reported a problem that my jeep had and they told me that I did not cover the warranty to charge me $275 and repair it.. then they broke a part of my car to supposedly find the repair and they were not responsible for what they broke, so I called the jeep directly and they told me that the warranty.. And that I went to another dealer and they kindly solved my problem and my warranty covered everything, I will never go back to Crown Dublin.. all your service employees are the worst..
