I was over the weekend an a Saturday , check in at 10am for my 1:30 pm appointment, they let me check in got a door and had to disconnect to bobtail at staging area at the end of the building was out by 4pm, no parking , Loves truck stop its under a mile away. I don't mind the people's attitude cause all I want is get loaded and leave asap but just be polite no matter what.

HORRIBLE COMPANY TO DELIVER TO. ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK 13HRS. TO GET UNLOADED. I asked guard to sign my in and out times. Her response was we AIN'T gonna do all that you aren't worth my job! I took video.

Some useful details are below: Ok- My experience was different from most of these people. I came here early because it was easier than finding parking nearby late at night. HOWEVER- Scioto Downs does usually have good parking for rigs about 5 miles away. So anyway, I showed up around Midnight, checked in and dropped my trailer at the door. I went to sleep in their bobtail waiting area, woke up,checked my phone and my trailer was ready. 2 hours before my original appointment! So,to summarize: I got in, did a 10 and left... all before my original appointment would have been! That was fine by me. There is also a driver’s “lounge” with 2 decent bathrooms and yes, they are open in spite of the panicdemic. Other than that, it just has a couple of vending machines and it’s about halfway down the docks. It is clearly marked “Truck Drivers’ Lounge” and there are signs that say “no parking” by the little building that it’s in that pokes out from the warehouse itself but no one seems to care if you park there briefly... especially if you’re bobtail. Everybody was friendly,helpful and seemed to be in a good mood- What else can I say?
