I ordered online, the bear was shipped from this ware house. I purchased a bear with custom embroidery, the bear arrived with incorrect colors. I specifically picked out the colors to go with the theme of the bear. Less importantly, I asked for the bear to be shipped dressed, it was not. It took forever for me to find a way to contact customer service, I received an email offering a new bear to be shipped. I declined, knowing the bear would not be here in time for christmas, and asked for a gift card of the price of the bear. $35. Customer service agreed. A month later and no gift card. I sent another email stating I had not received it. No Reply. It’s now been 2 months. I will not be purchasing from build-a-bear again.

Really big place to load or unload. But gate fence in front. So no overnight parking. But there is Truck parking six miles away at the eldorado casino. Plenty of parking for trucks. Nice and quite. Quick to load and unload have your next load ready. That’s how quick you are unloaded. People super nice and polite.
