I really don't like leaving bad reviews, but today just left a bad taste in my mouth. I have a cyst that I need looked at so I looked up Dermatologist near me. Found this group with their hi ratings. Their website said they are accepting new patients. Their website listed specific doctors and their appointment date openings. I called to set up an appointment and got voice mail....OK no problem with that. I left a message as asked and never received a reply call. I am a senior on medicare which I stated in my VM. I really get upset that in today's age, common courtesy such as a return phone call is ignored. Now maybe their was a reason but if you are not accepting patients, please revise your website. I'm sure they are good Doctors however to their existing patients with the glowing reviews I read. Disappointing.

I saw Dr. Yarbrough for a couple of suspect 'moles'. He immediately noticed two problem spots that I had not and took portions for the lab. He had me back in less than a week for removal of a squamous cell carcinoma on my chest and a basil cell carcinoma on my back, neither of which had raised concerns for me before the visit. The doctor and office staff were all personable and professional, and I have every confidence in their care.

Dr. Mackenzie Gwynne is outstanding. She really KNOWS dermatology. I thought, when moving here, that I would not be able to find a dermatologist who met my very high standards, but I was very wrong. Her knowledge and skill blew me away. She immediately diagnosed and treated a skin condition that could have easily been misdiagnosed or left untreated. This attention to detail is especially critical in dermatology! Additionally, her cosmetic dermatology knowledge is impressive. She can "see", due to her extensive understanding of the skin, just what needs to be done to keep a healthy, youthful appearance. Finally, her entire staff, from the front staff, to her "helpers", are incredibly professional, yet caring and friendly. I cannot recommend Dr. Gwynne and her staff highly enough!
