I needed to wash a large comforter and landed in the perfect place. Margaret, the owner, is amazing and the most helpful and friendly person. She directed me to the correct machine and walked me through the process. Will never return! Lady was very rude and yelled at me to put my clothes in a bigger machine, saying I was overfilling it. These are heavy duty, high efficiency front loading machines, which are able to hold capacities of 80%.... Mine was not even near that. The machine she said I had to use only was filled to 40%. She told me that if I didn't like it I could leave. Staff/owner/who knows: Rude, ignorant to the correct data about the machinery they are in charge of, and way overpriced!!!

Ive been washing my clothes at this business for years. I've never had a problem that wasn't easily and/or quickly remedied. I even followed them when they moved locations due to a fire. The owner and proprietor (Que) is friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. She's become a friend of the family after all these years. The laundromat is always clean. The washing machines work well and the dryers are hot & fast so it's a great value. I would recommend this establishment to anyone.
