Incredible place to get your introduction/ start to mountain biking. The location is maintain by COMBO (central Ohio mountain biking organization) which is a volunteer run organization. It has so many unique amenities!

I don't know if you're checking into the campground or what, but if you're talking about the mountain bike trail there is no check in.. unless it pours the day before. In both cases, I recommend calling after a hard rain for mountain bike riding @ the Park 🏞️ Office if they're not closed.. And for check in at the campground, I'd obviously call The Alum Creek Campground Office.. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ @ Alum Creek.!!👍
Will be a rough ride at times but possible. Though you'd have more fun on the pump track and "gnome wood" across the street from the phase 1 trailhead.
